For teenagers who are past tutorials and want to build something people actually use.
Coding classes for teens tend to be built for the wrong teenager — the one who needs to be convinced that programming is fun. Plenty already are convinced, have finished a tutorial or two, and are stuck at the gap between following instructions and building their own thing.
That gap is what these classes close. Teens work with professional AI coding workflows, real version control, and genuine code review from working engineers.
That means their code gets reviewed, not just praised. It means using git properly, writing tests, and defending technical decisions to someone who knows the difference between a good one and a lucky one.
It also means shipping. Every course ends with deployed software at a real URL — something a teenager can put in a college application, a job application, or a portfolio, and speak about with authority because they genuinely built it.
Teens 13 and up can use GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT/Codex with parental consent, which covers the professional AI workflow well. Claude Code and Cursor require users to be 18 or older under their terms of service — students who have turned 18 can use them directly, and younger students learn the same agentic workflow on tools they're permitted to use.
The concepts transfer completely. The point is learning to direct an AI agent, review what it produces, and stay accountable for the result — not learning one vendor's interface.
Some students use this to build a portfolio before university applications. Some launch something real. Some discover they'd rather do design, or product, or nothing to do with software at all — which is also a genuinely useful thing to find out at sixteen.

Ages 14–19 for the Bootcamp; AI App Building starts at 12. 1-on-1 coaching is available at any age and is often the better fit for a teen with a specific project in mind.
The Bootcamp assumes prior experience and moves fast. If they've built things independently already, 1-on-1 coaching around their own project is usually the stronger option — tell us what they're building and we'll say honestly which fits.
A deployed project a student can discuss in depth is genuinely useful, and rarer than it sounds. We'd be cautious of anyone promising more than that — we teach building, not admissions strategy.
Only if they are 18 or older — that's their terms of service, not our policy. Students under 18 learn the same agentic workflow using GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT/Codex, which permit users 13 and up with parental consent.
